The company was able to continually build throughout the<br \/>\ndownturn completing projects throughout Oregon and Washington. Since<br \/>\n2011 New Era has steadily grown and now employs eight staff and has 24<br \/>\nprojects in various stages of construction. The company now focuses<br \/>\nexclusively on building homes on their customers\u2019 land in the Central<br \/>\nOregon region.<\/p>\n<p>New Era Homes\u2019 vision has always been to provide the highest quality<br \/>\nsemi-custom home at a price people can afford. After 10 years in<br \/>\nbusiness, New Era credits their success to their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newerahomes.com\/about-us\/\">Uncommon Standards<\/a> and<br \/>\nthe gap they fill between a production level and custom home builder.<\/p>\n<p>The New Era Homes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newerahomes.com\/about-us\/\">Uncommon Standards<\/a> include over 150 standard<br \/>\nfeatures that are commonly considered upgrades by other builders.<br \/>\nFeatures like vaulted ceilings, upgraded fixtures, lighting and<br \/>\nappliances are designed to provide the luxuries of a fully custom home<br \/>\nat a fraction of the cost. New Era Homes<br \/>\nprice per square foot currently ranges between $105-175 for Classic and<br \/>\nHeritage Edition homes.<\/p>\n<p>Although homebuyers find the greatest value building from an existing<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newerahomes.com\/available-floorplans\/\">floor plan<\/a> in either the Classic or Heritage Editions, the Premier<br \/>\nEdition is an option for those interested in a fully custom home. The<br \/>\ncraftsmanship, workmanship and inner-workings of the home remain<br \/>\nconsistent regardless of the chosen edition.<\/p>\n<p>On average, there is a difference of approximately $40,000 in unseen<br \/>\nbuilding upgrades between a home built by an \u00e1 la carte builder and a<br \/>\nsemi-custom New Era Built home.
